Redfrost managed the preparation of the successful Expression of Interest and grant submissions under the Unite and Recover Community Stimulus Package funding program. Funding was received for 6 new amenities blocks across the Scenic Rim region. These are located in Rathdowney, Boonah, Beaudesert, Witheren and Tamborine Mountain. 

Construction scope included demolish and replace existing amenities blocks with an upgrade of facilities incorporating the provision of person with disability (PWD) parking. This included concrete slab and path construction, blockwork walls, structural steel, roofing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and landscaping.

Redfrost were awarded the project management of the design and construction phases, including design management, construction procurement involving tender preparation, review and evaluation of submissions and award through to contract administration, reporting and claims.
